Submitting opens a case with a named owner and a review deadline. It does not decide who is right and it does not erase any evidence.

What happens nextCase
You receive a case reference as soon as the report is recorded. The case page shows the owner and the review deadline. We do not confirm whether a person or account is on Rightsverse until the case allows it.
