What Rightsverse is
Rightsverse is a rights-managed advertising production and transaction platform. A creator gives narrow, bounded permission to use parts of their identity for one campaign. A verified brand funds that engagement and supplies a real product and support for every claim. AI helps produce the media, but it cannot decide consent, publish, move money or widen rights.
Creators and brands
[Counsel-owned text. Who contracts with whom, and in what capacity, is not yet decided.]
Three separate decisions
Accepting an offer, consenting to generation and approving the exact signed file are three separate decisions. Each one has its own receipt. None of them implies another, and nobody can make them for you.
Silence, a timeout, viewing or downloading something, or a message being delivered is never acceptance, consent or approval.
Money
Each engagement has its own payment trail. There is no wallet, no stored balance and no escrow. A brand pays one guaranteed fee for one engagement. A creator's fee becomes payable when they approve the exact signed file and confirm it is fulfillment-ready.
[Counsel-owned text. Who is the merchant, who pays tax and who bears refunds and chargebacks is not yet decided.]
Rights, revocation and takedown
Every permission is for one campaign, one channel, one territory and a fixed period. Nothing renews on its own. You can revoke future use, challenge an active license or request a takedown. These are different actions with different effects, and no single button has every legal effect.
Reporting and disputes
You can report unauthorized use of a likeness, impersonation, unsafe claims or an account takeover without an account. A report opens a case with an owner and a deadline. A report that alleges imminent or severe harm freezes new use of the reported scope while we look; it does not erase evidence or decide who is right.
Changes to these Terms
Each version has an identifier and an effective time. When you apply, the version you read is recorded with the time. A later version does not change what you already agreed to.
Earlier versions
Reading this page records nothing about you. When you apply, the version you read and the time are recorded.
